CEIST Leadership Conference 2025
The annual CEIST Leadership Conference was held in St. Patricks, DCU, on May 7th, 2025 and this year our school students were one of four schools presenting at the conference.
Five of our TY students represented our school. Marie Claire, Hollyanne, Romy, Lauren and Aoife showcased how our school incorporates the CEIST values every day.

Their video presentation below highlights how our students put CEIST values into action, by actively building community relationships and understanding what it is to be socially responsible citizens.
Community groups like Mindspace, Variety, Tidy Towns, Mayo Sports Partnership and Gaeilscoil Raifteirí primary school collaborated with us in addressing the urgent environmental crisis through a variety of projects such as planting native apple trees, growing our own fruit and veg and creating a wildflower meadow for biodiversity.
Living out the vision of our founder Catherine McAuley to build an alternative society, is one which our students embraced by caring for our common home - the earth. Their presentation is the culmination of the past years work and like their predecessor they will by their actions together with school management, embed Sustainable Development Goals into the school timetable and integrate SDGs via the ‘Take One Programme’
Thank you to our students who were a credit to our school and their families.
Enjoy their presentation!
